Responsive Respiratory Hires Director of Sales
Todd Derickson is replacing Michael Harrington, who recently retired.

Responsive Respiratory Inc. (RRI), manufacturer of high-pressure oxygen products, has hired Todd Derickson as the company’s new director of sales.

Derickson, who has more than 30 years of home medical equipment industry experience, previously served as director of sales for Mercury Medical and Westmed Inc., a Feb. 13 press release from Responsive Respiratory noted. Derickson is replacing Michael Harrington, who recently retired.

As the new director of sales, Derickson will be responsible for overseeing global sales operations, plus both internal and external sales teams. He’ll be based in Responsive Respiratory’s corporate headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri.

“Todd is a highly respected industry veteran who brings a wealth of respiratory sales knowledge to Responsive Respiratory,” Steve Bannon, president of Responsive Respiratory, said in the announcement. “We are excited to leverage the synergies of Todd’s expertise leading and empowering sales teams and our customer-centric culture to spearhead RRI’s U.S. market growth.”

Responsive Respiratory serves the home health care, medical, industrial, and emergency medical services industries. The company’s product lines include oxygen conservers, oxygen regulators, cylinders and tanks, cylinder carts and accessories, cylinder filling supplies, and pulse oximeters.
