Pride Mobility has revamped its Sitting Pretty Evolution lift chair line, first launched in 2024.
As part of the June 29 Evolution introduction, which the manufacturer said “represents superior comfort for exceptional value,” Pride also added a size: petite wide. The lineup continues to include small, medium large, XL and XXL sizes as well.
“The hallmarks of Sitting Pretty lift chairs are style, sophistication and superior relaxation,” Pride said in its June 29 announcement. “Our Evolution collection has exemplified those characteristics, and we’re thrilled to let you know that we’re making these power recliners even more comfortable and modern for your customers
with an array of exciting upgrades.”
The Evolution LC-435 lift chairs in petite wide, small, medium and large sizes feature an enhanced back and arm design for “a more modern, polished appearance,” as well as a “narrow, cozy construction,” improved magnetic docking with a longer hand control cord, and headrest and arm covers that provide added protection.
“What has helped elevate the Evolution collection remains, including our ‘enhanced’ three-position mechanism that allows the leg rest to extend fully before the back reclines,” Pride said. “Your customers can also continue to enjoy a cup holder and storage area in the pull-out arms, along with USB-A and USB-C charging ports in the storage area. The XL and XXL sizes are unchanged.”
Weight capacities range from 400 lbs. (for petite wide, small, medium and large sizes) to 500 lbs. for the XL size, and 600 lbs. for the XXL size. Seat widths range from 18 to 29 inches, with seat depths from 18.5 to 22.5 inches.
Accessories and options include lithium battery backup — standard on XL and XXL sizes — head and arm covers (standard on petite wide, small, medium and large sizes), non-skid leg levelers, and cleaning kits.
