David Jones Joins The MED Group as Western Regional Manager

February 1, 2007 by HME Business

The MED Group has named David Jones as new western regional manager.

Jones has 18 years of experience in the durable medical equipment field, specifically in rehab sales and marketing. He graduated from University of Dayton with a bachelor’s degree in management. Shortly after, Jones joined a DME provider where he advanced as an RTS and achieved RESNA ATS certification. He also has gained significant manufacturing and product development experience as national quality field manager for the Quantum Rehab division of Pride Mobility Products Corp. and as director of sales and marketing for Body Point.

“I am honored to have the opportunity to serve what are clearly the most professional providers in the industry,” says Jones.

Scott Austin, executive vice president of The MED Group, adds, “We are continuously working to develop both the tools and the talent to ensure our members not only survive but thrive in a changing business environment. David joins a team of MED regional managers that are committed to setting new standards in creating value for the customers we serve.”
