Mosaic Acquires Living Innovations Support Services
Purchase lets Nebraska provider of homeware and support services for people with disabilities and seniors expands into New England area.
Mosaic, a Nebraska-based provider of personalized care services for people with disabilities and seniors, has acquired Living Innovations Support Services Inc., which supports more than 1,300 people with disabilities in New England.
The deal, facilitated by healthcare mergers and acquisitions advisory firm VERTESS, will help Mosaic increase its reach to people with diverse needs in Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
“We told ourselves we only have one chance to get this right, and I’m convinced that we’ve done just that,” said Living Innovations Founder and CEO Neal Ouellett. “Mosaic has all of the things that we are looking for in a partner.”
Mosaic has strategically sought new partners to help grow and expand its mission. Linda Timmons, president and CEO of Mosaic, believes the combined organizations will have a stronger voice for shaping the future of quality services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other diverse needs.
