The deal, facilitated by healthcare mergers and acquisitions advisory firm VERTESS, will help Mosaic increase its reach to people with diverse needs in Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

Mosaic has strategically sought new partners to help grow and expand its mission.
