HME billing and business management software company adopts cloud-based customer service solution from Zendesk.

HME billing and workflow management software company Bonafide Management Systems Inc. (Thousand Oaks, Calif.) is upgrading its customer service with Zendesk.

Zendesk is a customer service and engagement platform that helps facilitate faster and more personalized customer engagement. Bondafide has used Zendesk to integrate a ticketing system for customers and to introduce online training courses and to provide a library of customer service resources.

“With Zendesk, we can now answer incoming customer questions easily and quickly and be more proactive about reaching out to users,” Michelle Tohill, director of revenue and cycle management at Bonafide, explained.
