p>Medical device industry veteran Barbara Osborne has become the president and CEO of compression garment maker SIGVARIS GROUP North America, effective as of May 30.
Osborne has 30 years of business experience in the medical device field with a focus on general commercial and management roles. Her most recent role was the chief commercial officer of Dermarite Industries. She has also held positions as the President and CEO of LEO Pharma Inc., and President of Molnlycke Health Care U.S.
Osborne said the core values of her leadership are a positive approach, integrity, and service to others.
“During my career, I have always worked hard to. Be very customer-focused, and I believe that we all must strive to understand and meet our customers’ changing needs,” she said. “I am excited to begin this new journey with SIGVARIS GROUP and I look forward to the difference we are going to make in our wearers’ lives.”
