Videos
The video tutorials available on the website discuss the changes coming to the Medicare DMEPOS competitive bidding program this year. There are four videos accessible on the webpage, one by Mark Higley, vice president of Regulatory Affairs for the VGM Group, and three from Cara Bachenheimer, head of government affairs at Brown & Fortunato and general counsel of the American Association for Homecare. Higley shares how the bid surety bond will impact the next round is his video. Bachenheimer explains lead item pricing; maximum winning bid; and the higher bid ceiling in her videos to help bidders better understand the concepts.

Expanded FAQ
The website also updated its FAQ page to include a comprehensive list of the questions it has received since its recent rollout. If a bidder has a question that isn’t answered on the FAQ page, they can reach out to the organization directly at dmecbpeducation@gmail.com.
