Medline has once again made the Becker’s list of “150 Top Places to Work in Healthcare.”
In a March 21 news announcement, Becker’s Healthcare said the list “is meant to call attention to hospitals, health systems and healthcare companies that invest in their employees’ wellbeing, satisfaction and fulfillment.
“Becker’s Healthcare is thrilled to announce its 2023 list of 150 top places to work in healthcare. This list is meant to call attention to hospitals, health systems and healthcare companies that invest in their employees’ wellbeing, satisfaction and fulfillment.
“The organizations highlighted on this list provide comprehensive benefits packages, opportunities for professional development, inclusive work environments and the flexibility needed for a true work-life balance. These honorees prove that when employees’ needs and desires are met, the entire organization is better for it — they are able to make a greater impact on the lives of patients.”
The Becker’s statement added that community impact, such as giving back to communities and providing opportunities to volunteer, was also a judging criterion.
Karen Ferraro, Medline’s Chief Human Resources Officer, said of the award, “We’re honored to be recognized again by Becker’s on this prestigious list. We appreciate the tremendous contributions of our employees and continually strive to provide a workplace where they can thrive and feel valued.”
This year, Medline has also been named to Forbes America’s Best Large Employers list, Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity, and America’s Best Workplaces for Women.
