Women’s health member service organization Essentially Women has opened registration for its Focus Conference 2023, which will run Feb. 4-6, 2023, at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in Clearwater Beach, Fla.
Essentially Women members, VGM providers, and providers serving women’s health categories such as maternity or post-mastectomy care can tap into relevant education at the event.
“We are excited to bring Focus Conference back to the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in 2023,” said Nikki Jensen, vice president of Essentially Women. “We had so much positive feedback from our attendees last year on the location, education, and networking.
“The education at Focus is centered around women’s health this year, including topics on post-mastectomy, menopause, female incontinence, compression, mental health, the mother and baby market, and more,” Jensen added.

Ruth Addison Award Nominations Open
Additionally, Essentially Women is accepting nominations for the Fourth Annual EW Ruth Addison Award of Excellence. Essentially Women presents the award each year to an individual who has made a significant impact on her company, community, and the women’s health industry.
Nominations are open to all women, regardless of title or position, who work within the women’s health or mastectomy industry. Nominees can be women’s health providers, mastectomy fitters, manufacturers, and other professionals in the women’s health industry.
Nominations are open through Nov. 30 and can be submitted online at focus.essentiallywomen.com/award. EW will announce the winner of the Ruth Addison Award of Excellence before the keynote at Focus Conference 2023.
