Nationwide HME provider Aeroflow Healthcare has promoted long-time employee Mica Phillips as the vice president of its fastest-growing division, Aeroflow Urology.
Phillips joined Aeroflow Healthcare in 2014 as a sales representative for the company’s Sleep division and quickly grew in responsibilities by joining the Urology team. Since then, Aeroflow said he has played a critical role in developing Aeroflow Urology’s competitive position. During his tenure, Aeroflow reported Phillips helped drive growth and has produced the company’s highest patient retention and satisfaction ratings due to his emphasis on customer service.
In his new role, Phillips will be responsible for Aeroflow Urology’s continued success and engagement within new markets with the goal of making Aeroflow Urology the largest provider of continence care products through insurance in the United States.
