Mike HarnoisMike Harnois leads the training, support, and implementation team in the Technology Solutions/BioMed group at McKesson Medical-Surgical. Mike combines a passion for people, education and new technologies to always push toward the horizon, and McKesson has leveraged these skills to help revolutionize patient engagement through the VerbalCareTM platform. In his current position, Mike is responsible for the VerbalCare customer experience, dynamic demo presentations, as well as influencing how product managers bring new features to market with voice-of-the-customer input on requirements.

Michael Dick serves as the chief strategy officer at Healthline Medical Equipment based in Austin, Tx. In this role, he’s responsible for assisting the Chief Executive Officer and other C-Suite team members with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives; developing and maintaining strategic relationships & business agreements with Hospital Groups, ACO’s, Payers, and Third Party Administrators; leading and developing clinical vision focused on measurable Patient Outcomes & overall Patient Experience / Satisfaction, managing internal IT infrastructure, technology offerings, and overall efficiency & compliance, facilitating communication between teams, team members, and stakeholders by acting as a resource across the entire organization to increase structure & consistency for strategic plans.
