Fortifying Patient Relationships and Expanding Reimbursement Through Engagement
Your revenues hinge on your patient relationships, so how well are you engaging with your patients? It’s an important question to ask, because better engagement reinforces patient relationships, optimizes resupply orders, ensures that they are complying with therapy, and may help enhance outcomes, which also impacts your business from referral partners.
The tricky part: how you communicate with patients, how often, and by what means varies from person to person. Using patient engagement technology can improve your patients’ experience to get them on the road to recovery. Smart solutions can help you tailor your outreach to each patient and help them manage their condition and stick with their therapy — which ultimately boosts your bottom line.
So what is patient engagement technology and how do you use it? This webinar features three speakers who will explain what patient engagement technology is, allow you to see how it works through a live demo, and share examples of how it can enhance your patients’ experience. To show how patient engagement technology works in the real world, a peer HME provider will share how his business evaluated technology and how they have used the technology to grow their business.
