Viemed Completes Lehan’s Acquisition, Announces Upcoming Increase in Guidance Range
Viemed originally announced the acquisition in May.

July 3, 2025 by Laurie Watanabe

Viemed Healthcare (Nasdaq: VMD) has completed its acquisition of Lehan’s Medical Equipment and will be increasing its 2025 guidance range as a result of that news.

The acquisition was originally announced in May. Viemed reported the completion of the acquisition on July 2, adding that Lehan’s was acquired for a $26 million base purchase price and contingent payments “estimated to be worth $2.2 million.”

Lehan’s — based in DeKalb, Illinois, with five additional Illinois locations — is known for specializing in women’s health, but also provides sleep apnea, compression, and mobility equipment.

“We are pleased to close the acquisition of Lehan and bring this talented and highly motivated team into the Viemed family,” said Viemed CEO Casey Hoyt. “Lehan’s 80-year track record and brand recognition in a large and fast-growing market along with its preferred contracts and fulfillment expertise make for a powerful combination with our national scale, unique care delivery model and existing payer relationships to serve a broader patient population.”

Viemed added in the announcement that it anticipates increasing its previously issued full-year guidance for 2025 “to account for the expected contribution from this acquisition” when the company reports earnings for the quarter that ended June 30.
