The IB Network along with its partners at The Academy.com has released an online accreditation tool to assist providers in the accreditation process. Called IBNLearning.com, the online solution offers:
- Online training and testing for all staff.
- An editable policy and procedure manual suite.
- Online forms and performance improvement tools.
The system lets providers manage employee training needs remotely and in real-time by delivering training content direct to employee’s computers. When employees complete their courses, they are awarded CEUs and certificates of completion for personnel records.
Accrediting organizations can then access training records to verify completion, helping providers substantiate their compliance without having to assemble paper documentation, according to the IB Network.
The e-learning portal also provides a variety of forms to ensure organizations remain complaint with their accreditation requirements.
