Mobility and respiratory product maker Sunrise Medical (Longmont, Colo.) has sold its U.S. and Canadian Guardian product line to national healthcare manufacturer and distributor Medline Industries Inc. (Mundelein, Ill.)
The Guardian line includes a variety of HME products, such as wheelchairs, walkers, bariatric products and beds. Medline will integrate Guardian into its core standard HME business over the coming weeks.

Sunrise manufactures products in the United States, Mexico, Asia and Europe, which are distributed in more than 100 countries.
