San Diego, Calif.-based oxygen systems maker SeQual Technologies Inc. has made Ron Richard its CEO.
Previously serving as Senior Vice President of sales and marketing, Richard replaces Jim Bixby, who will continue serving as a member of SeQual’s board of directors.
“Ron’s industry experience and leadership will be invaluable as SeQual continues rapid expansion as the leading company in oxygen therapy,” Bixby said in a prepared statement.
Richard, who came to SeQual in 2007, has leveraged his 30-plus years of healthcare industry experience in the position to help foster SeQual’s recent growth, which has included international expansion and the establishment of an E.U. headquarters.
