Responsive Respiratory has been recognized for its operational excellence by the largest privately held freight transportation company in North America.
The St. Louis-based company, which specializes in high-pressure oxygen products, announced its Customer Excellence Award from Estes Express in February. The award honors Responsive Respiratory’s “best-in-class operational performance during fiscal year 2025,” specifically the company’s “unwavering focus on reliability, precision and partnership.”
“This honor reflects the dedication of our team and their daily commitment to exceeding the expectations of all of our stakeholders — both internal and external,” said Responsive Respiratory President Steve Bannon. “Operational excellence is not a one-time achievement — it’s how we run the business every day.
