Pride Mobility Launches Go Go Elite Traveller 2 Platinum Scooter
The Platinum features EZ Turn, designed to provide greater maneuverability in tight spaces.

February 21, 2025 by Laurie Watanabe

Go Go Elite Traveller 2 Platinum four-wheeled scooter in three-quarters view with red trim.Pride Mobility has launched the Go Go Elite Traveller 2 Platinum, a “more feature-rich version” of the popular scooter that made its debut last year.

In officially introducing the new vehicle, Pride said in a Feb. 17 announcement, “We shattered industry norms with the launch of the Go Go Elite Traveller 2 last year, a travel mobility scooter that had the turning ability of a three-wheel scooter with the stability of a four-wheel. But the journey was far from over.”

The Platinum features EZ Turn, designed to provide greater maneuverability in tight spaces, and Charge360, a magnetic charging system that “requires minimal dexterity to operate without needing to line up any pins to connect.”

The angle-adjustable tiller mechanism can be easily adjusted by hand or foot for optimal convenience for each rider. The Platinum also features a Feather-touch disassembly design, enabling the scooter to separate easily into five pieces — the heaviest one weighing 39 lbs.

The Platinum has a 300-lb. weight capacity, a 37-inch turning radius, and a top speed of 4.23 mph. Riders can choose between a 12Ah battery (with up to 8.8 miles per charge at 220-lb. rider weight) or an 18Ah battery with a 13.8-mile range per charge with a 220-lb. rider weight.

The compact, foldable seat features a breathable-mesh back and armrests. The Platinum comes standard with two color shrouds and a range of available colors. The scooter is not coded by the DME PDAC.
