Pride Mobility Introduces My VivaLift! App
The new app gives caregivers the ability to adjust and control VivLift! lift chairs.

August 9, 2024 by Laurie Watanabe

Close-up of a tablet with the My VivaLift! app.Pride Mobility Products has just made it easier for caregivers to help to adjust and control the manufacturer’s VivaLift! power recliners.

In an Aug. 8 announcement, the new My VivaLift! app makes it “possible for users to control their VivaLift! power recliners (Ultra, Radiance, and all Viva-2 models) straight from their tablet or smartphone. The app can be shared with loved ones or caregivers so that they may assist from their own preferred device, and up to five memory positions can be saved through the app, along with other features.”

Ultimately the new app was designed “to make it easier than ever for a user to find that perfect resting position or adjust the chair to their liking and offers a convenient alternative to using the hand control,” the announcement added.

Once downloaded, the app displays the same lift chair functions as featured on the lift chair’s hand control. The app also features sliders for a heat option (for Ultra and Radiance collections) and massage (Ultra).

Functionality access can be shared with others who have the app, which is customizable in theme, font size, and notification preferences. The lift chairs can be operated seamlessly via either hand control or the app.
