Palmetto Infusion Expands Services to Patients in Four Southeastern States
Palmetto Infusion offers home infusion and ambulatory infusion support for patients with chronic illnesses.

August 22, 2025 by Laurie Watanabe

Palmetto Infusion, a provider of clinic- and home-based infusion services, has expanded its support to patients in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

The Pawleys Island, South Carolina-based provider said this growth “complements the company’s network of more than 50 ambulatory infusion centers across six states — South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Virginia and Florida — offering more patients the convenience, comfort and flexibility of receiving treatment at home without sacrificing quality or access.”

“We are committed to meeting patients where they are, whether that’s in one of our welcoming infusion centers or in the comfort of their own home,” said Tim Hadley, CEO of Palmetto Infusion, in an Aug. 19 news announcement. “This expansion allows us to serve more communities with the same exceptional care and patient experience we’ve been known for over the past 25 years.”

Palmetto Infusion noted that its skilled nurses specialize in infusion therapy for chronic and complex medical conditions while working with referral sources “to ensure seamless care coordination, personalized treatment plans, and a focus on the full patient experience, from scheduling to follow-up.”

“Expanding our in-home services is about removing barriers to care and giving patients more flexibility,” said Scott Latham, Palmetto Infusion’s vice president of home infusion at Palmetto Infusion. “For many, in-home infusion can improve adherence, reduce missed treatments, and enhance quality of life. We’re proud to bring this option to more patients across the Southeast.”
