HME Business 2017 New Product Award Winners Announced

DALLAS, October 17, 2017 – HME Business, the top business management media resource for HME professionals, announced the winners of its 2017 New Product Awards competition today. Winners will receive awards and will be recognized at the 2017 Medtrade Fall Expo in Atlanta, which runs October 24-25. They will also be featured on the HME Business website,, and will be featured in the December 2017 issue of HME Business magazine. The magazine is distributed to more than 18,000* subscribers monthly as well as at key industry trade events such as Medtrade, and its website is visited by thousands** of HME industry professionals every month.

“Once again, we had an extremely compelling array of products across a wide variety of categories,” said David Kopf, editor of HME Business magazine. “The competition was particularly hot in the software and in the sleep categories where the margin of victory was narrow and reflected the continued innovation in those categories. Also, I was also heartened by the turnout in mobility products. It goes to show that despite all the difficulties in funding for that category, that manufacturers keep stepping up to meet and exceed provider and patient demands.

“Also, as always, my thanks and appreciation go out to the judges,” Kopf added. “We had incredible support from the provider community.”
