OxyGo and sister companies Applied Home Healthcare and LIFE Corp. have announced they have a new CEO.
In a Feb. 10 news announcement, the companies welcomed Chris Carter, who will be “leading the next phase of growth and innovation for all three brands.”
“With an extensive background in operations, quality, and leadership, Chris is well positioned to drive OxyGo, Applied Home Healthcare Equipment, and LIFE Corp. forward with a strong focus on excellence, efficiency, and continued expansion,” the announcement said. “His expertise in strategic operations and process optimization will help strengthen each company’s ability to serve customers and adapt to evolving industry needs.”
OxyGo, based in Orlando, Florida, manufactures portable and stationary oxygen concentrators, as well as related accessories. Applied Home Healthcare Equipment, based in Westlake, Ohio, manufactures portable and stationary oxygen concentrators, liquid oxygen supplies, respiratory accessories, and infection control supplies. LIFE Corp., also based in Orlando, manufactures medical devices and specializes in portable emergency oxygen and CRP administration equipment.
Carter’s appointment “is part of the ongoing evolution of Marquard Ventures Projects (MVP), which continues to refine its structure to enhance operations and explore new growth opportunities,” the announcement added. MVP is the parent company of OxyGo, Applied Home Healthcare Equipment, and LIFE Corp.
Victoria Marquard-Schultz is transitioning to the role of MVP CEO. “As MVP evolves, this shared services organization will provide strategic guidance and operational support across all businesses,” the announcement said.
