Next NCB Open Door Forum Oct. 7

The sixth call in a special eight-part series of Open Door Forums devoted specifically to CMS’s DMEPOS competitive bidding program has been slated for Oct. 7 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

The call will walk providers through the bid submission process, and will include discussions about Form A and Form B on the online bid submission system, hard copy documents required, bidder sheets, location specific information, and helpful tools provided for bidders.  

A PowerPoint presentation for the call can be downloaded at the Competitive Bidding Implementation Contractor (CBIC) web site, http://www.dmecompetitivebid.com/. Callers should download the presentation prior to the call.

To participate in the call, dial 1-800-837-1935 and reference conference ID 23045692. TTY communications relay services are available for the hearing impaired at TTY services dial 7-1-1 or 1-800-855-2880. A relay communications assistant will help.

A downloadable audio recording of the ODF will be posted to the Special Open Door Forum website at http://www.cms.hhs.gov/OpenDoorForums/05_ODF_SpecialODF.asp on Oct. 19.
