HME Business New Product Awards
Winners in each category receive the following:
The HME Business New Product Awards (“Awards”) takes place between September 1, 2025 and November 5, 2025. The Awards start with a nomination process in which individuals or organizations will nominate a new product to be considered for the program. Industry members/judges will evaluate each entry in its respective category to determine the 2025 HME Business New Product Award winners.
To be eligible, to enter, a product or service must be:
- The new product and/or service must have been placed into market between January 1, 2024 and August 31, 2025
- Currently available to order in the United States and/or Canada
- A home medical equipment (HME) or accessibility product or service (Contact the editor for questions on choosing an appropriate category and/or if your product or service meets eligibility requirements)
- An HME product or service can win once per category
- A product or service can be entered in (and is eligible to win in) multiple categories, but each category is considered a separate entry requiring a separate entry form, corresponding materials, and a separate entry fee
- Each entry must be for a specific (individual) product, individual product line, or service. Entire companies and brands are not eligible entries
Companies entering the Awards confirm they are providing accurate and complete information and materials by the contest deadline of November 5, 2025.
After the contest deadline, all entry information and materials received will be considered final. Because entry processing and judging begins after the entry deadline, it is not possible to change, add to, or delete entry information after the contest deadline.
Individuals or an organization may submit a product/service for the Awards program via the online submission form starting September 1, 2025 and complete the process prior to 11:59 PM Central Standard Time on November 5, 2025 for consideration. Upon submission, each entry will be entered into the Awards. Each nominee accepts these terms and conditions upon accepting the nomination hereby agrees to the terms and conditions of the Awards. By entering the Awards, entrants and nominees agree to consent to WTWH Healthcare, a WTWH Media, LLC company, using the personal information for the purposes of evaluating, judging and promoting as part of agreement to participation in the program. Failure to claim or accept the nomination or meeting the eligibility criteria may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the participation in the Awards.
The Awards application process requires all the following components and responses as part of the submission:
- Select the appropriate category for submission
- Nominee’s contact name, title, company and contact information
- Nominee’s company name, phone number, website URL
- Company logo (.jpg or .png file)
- Name of the product/service being submitted
- Date the product/serve entered the market
- Product/service website URL
- Digital photo/image of product/service being entered (.jpg, .eps, or .png at 300 dpi at 3x3 inches or larger (Image file name must include product/service name and company name)
- Description of features and benefits: In 300 words or less, provide a description that should include enhancements or improvements over previous iterations, and sizes available, if applicable. You can also include the following:
- Indications/contraindications for product/service
- Goals or outcomes the product/service hopes to support/achieve
- Engineering/design information
- Target demographic (e.g. a typical patient/client who could find the product/service useful)
- Research tied to the product/service
- Anything else about the product/service that the judges should review
- Additional Documentation: You may upload a PDF or Word document that includes links to additional documentation, including, but not limited to, additional product/service documents, research studies, graphics, etc.
- Provide a three (3) to four (4) sentence statement on why this submission is award-worthy
The entry fee for the 2025 HME Business New Product Awards ("Awards") is $400. All submissions must be received by 11:59pm Central Standard Time on November 5, 2025.
Companies entering the Awards confirm they are providing accurate and complete information and materials by the contest deadline of November 5, 2025.
After the contest deadline, all entry information and materials received will be considered final. Because entry processing and judging begins after the entry deadline, it is not possible to change, add to, or delete entry information after the contest deadline.

The HME Business New Product Awards (“Awards”) takes place between September 5, 2024 and November 1, 2024. The Awards start with a nomination process in which individuals or organizations will nominate a new product to be considered for the program. A panel of industry judges will evaluate each entry in its respective category to determine the 2024 HME Business New Product Awards.
To be eligible, the new product/service must have been placed into market between January 1, 2023 and August 31, 2024. If you would like to submit your product in multiple categories, you will need to submit multiple entries. Each award entry fee must be paid prior to the entry deadline of November 1, 2024 to be considered for eligibility. Entry fees are non-refundable. Prior award winners should not be resubmitted for nomination to the program.

In such an event, WTWH Healthcare, a WTWH Media company, reserves the right to award the prizes from among the eligible entries or plays received up to the time of the impairment.
