The fall tour continues with events in New York, Pennsylvania, and Nashville.

October 13, 2023 by Laurie Watanabe

National Seating & Mobility Momentum Academy logo in blueNational Seating & Mobility (NSM) has expanded its 2023 Momentum Academy education series designed for its clinical partners, including occupational and physical therapists and other healthcare providers.

In a Sept. 25 announcement, NSM said the nationwide tour focuses on “best practices in mobility solutions and Complex Rehab Technology (CRT).”

The remaining fall events on the calendar are Long Island, N.Y. (Oct. 18); Philadelphia (Oct. 24); and Nashville, Tenn. (Nov. 1). NSM is scheduled to hold 13 Momentum Academy events this year, twice as many as in 2022, the tour’s first year.

Events include opportunities to earn continuing education units, to network with peers, and to learn more about the latest assistive technology in the industry.

In the announcement, Chuck Bodner, NSM’s interim CEO, said, “The NSM Momentum Academy is an opportunity for our team to ensure our clinical partners are informed about the many types of mobility solutions available to their patients. Empowered with this knowledge, we can better work together to ensure we are providing the personalized mobility solutions our clients need for the best clinical outcomes.”
