Merits Health Products has announced industry veteran Bret Tracy, ATP, is its new vice president of sales and marketing.

The power mobility and Complex Rehab Technology manufacturer officially welcomed Tracy back in a July 13 news announcement. Tracy’s previous tenure at Merits began in 2017; he served as Merits’ vice president of sales in 2023 and 2024.

Most recently, Tracy served as executive vice president of operations for ATLAS Technology.

By returning to Merits, Tracy will “continue advancing the company’s mission of enabling independence and accessibility for all,” the announcement said.

In addition to serving on the rehab council for the American Association for Homecare (AAHomecare), Tracy has been a board member for ALS of South Carolina, ALS of Nevada, the Nevada Association of Medical Product Suppliers (NAMPS), the California Association of Medical Product Suppliers (CAMPS), and the Arizona Medical Equipment Supplier Association (AZMESA).

“We are thrilled to welcome Bret back to the Merits family as vice president of sales and marketing,” said Andrew Maskery, president of Merits. “His extensive knowledge and experience in the HME [home medical equipment] and CRT industries, combined with his deep familiarity with Merits and our products, make him an outstanding addition to our leadership team. Bret’s passion for helping providers serve their patients and his proven ability to build strong industry relationships will be tremendous assets as we continue to grow and deliver life-enhancing mobility solutions.”
