Medtrade Calls for Speakers for 2025 Conference
The deadline to submit an educational proposal is July 5.

Calling all home medical equipment (HME) educators: Medtrade is seeking proposals to speak at its 2025 conference in Dallas.

In a June 10 announcement, Medtrade listed the conference tracks as audits and compliance; operations and innovations; Complex Rehab Technology and mobility; legislative, regulatory and legal; managed care; product categories; and sales and marketing.

The 2025 show will return to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas. The conference is scheduled for Feb. 18-20, with the expo taking place Feb. 19-20.

The deadline to submit a speaker’s proposal is Fri., July 5.

Medtrade’s educational advisory board members “are looking for at least two advanced learning sessions per track,” the conference’s website noted. The website also provides suggested topics within each track. For example, sample topics for the audits and compliance track are current audit trends; internal and external audit strategies; responding to audits and submitting appeals; and compliance program best practices.
