Medtrade Calls for Presentations for 2026 Educational Conference
The deadline to submit proposals is July 11.

June 3, 2025 by Laurie Watanabe

Medtrade is calling for educational presentations for its next conference, March 2-4, 2026, in Phoenix.

The show is seeking presentations on audits and compliance; Complex Rehab Technology and mobility; legislative, regulatory and legal; managed care; business operations; sales and marketing, and technology and innovation.

Medtrade is also calling for presentations that explore “new” product categories, including enteral nutrition, ventilation, urological supplies, continuous glucose monitors (CGM), negative pressure wound therapy, lymphedema compression, incontinence supplies, and maternity support and supplies.

“Medtrade is committed to delivering attendees with original, quality content and topics built around clinical expertise, as well as the most up-to-date data, trends, technologies, and effective strategies to address challenges and leverage new growth opportunities in the industry,” the show said in a June 2 announcement. “Medtrade does not allow promotion of products and services. Please refrain from including any information related to your business in the presentation (unless you are presenting in the ‘Exploring new product categories’ official track).”

The deadline for submissions is July 11, 2025. PowerPoint presentations must be completed and submitted by Feb. 2, 2026, for review by Medtrade’s editorial advisory board. Medtrade is seeking content for all educational levels, including “at least two advanced learning sessions per track.”

Speakers chosen to present at Medtrade will be given complimentary registration for the conference.
