Medtrade 2025 Returns to Dallas Next Week
The home medical equipment industry will gather for education, networking, and an in-person look at new products and services.

February 11, 2025 by Laurie Watanabe

Building on a successful 2024 event, Medtrade returns to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, Feb. 18-20.

The main educational conference and expo take place on Wednesday and Thursday, Feb. 19-20. The educational pre-conference day is Tuesday, Feb. 18.

This year’s event includes a new CRT Live space in the expo hall, dedicated to Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) exhibitors as well as seating, positioning, and wheeled mobility product demonstrations. Tech Talks, interactive 30-minute sessions, will feature exhibitor discussions on a range of innovations. And the always-popular New Product Pavilion will again feature the latest and greatest technology, with attendees voting for their favorites.

On the educational side, Medtrade 2025 is offering 24% more sessions, show management said, with new Managed Care and Technology & Innovation conference tracks. Additionally, two educational sessions will include pediatric-focused content.

Popular returning events include the American Association for Homecare’s (AAHomecare) annual industry update, on Feb. 19 starting at 2:15 p.m.; a Medtrade welcome reception from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Feb. 19; and the association’s Stand Up for Homecare fundraising reception, starting at 5:30 p.m.

Medtrade’s expo hall will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Feb. 19, and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Feb. 20.
