Kyle Neese has moved up at ACU-Serve.

Neese — who began at ACU-Serve in 2024 as a senior account executive — was announced as the company’s new vice president of sales, “reinforcing the company’s focus on disciplined growth, operational clarity and measurable results for post-acute care providers,” the Akron, Ohio-based company said in a January press release.

ACU-Serve said Neese “quickly proved himself as a strategic force within the sales organization” and added, “With 10 years of experience in the HME and respiratory space, Neese brings a practical, execution-driven approach to revenue cycle management and resupply, where process, technology and performance must work together.”

Neese will work closely with Executive Vice President of Sales Sid Simmons, who heads the company’s overall sales strategy.

“Sid saw Kyle’s talent early on and has played a key role in mentoring and elevating him,” said CEO Jim Knight. “Together, they bring a disciplined, no-nonsense approach to sales, focused on solving real problems, setting clear expectations, and delivering long-term value to our clients.”

“Kyle has a deep understanding of our clients’ challenges and a rare ability to connect operational improvement to real financial impact,” Knight noted. “His leadership, industry knowledge, and commitment to doing things the right way make him the right person to help lead our sales organization into its next phase of growth.”
