HME Business Webinar: Redefining, Redesigning Resupply for Today’s Patients
The Sept. 24 webinar is sponsored by ACU-Serve.

September 9, 2025 by Laurie Watanabe

While resupply can sound simple and straightforward, building a successful resupply program that efficiently meets patients’ needs while also working effectively for home medical equipment providers requires strategic thinking.

A new HME Business webinar on Wednesday, Sept. 24, starting at 12 noon Eastern time, examines what resupply programs can achieve when functioning optimally — and how providers can create their own resupply success.

“Beyond the Script: Redefining Resupply for Retention, Revenue & Results,” sponsored by ACU-Serve, will feature presenters Jim Dragatsis, ACU-Serve’s president of resupply, and Margaret Lindskog, executive vice president of resupply.

Dragatis and Lindskog will explain how leading home medical equipment providers have gone beyond transactional resupply perspectives to build resupply programs that use smarter systems, measurable outcomes, and engagement that puts patients first.

The discussion will include identifying key metrics that make a difference, what real results look like, and common resupply pitfalls. Attendees will also learn best practices being used by successful resupply providers right now, and how providers can build their full-cycle resupply strategy that prioritizes patient retention, recovered revenue and long-term growth.

Ultimately, a patient-centered, data-informed approach will outshine traditional resupply structures — and can be accomplished without needing to entirely scrap current resupply system.

This interactive educational session will include a live Q&A session for attendees. Registration is free and provides access to both the live event and the webinar archive afterward.
