HME Business Webinar: Proven Strategies for Taking on Medicare Audits
Learn best practices from ACU-Serve’s Noel Neil in this free session.

October 28, 2025 by Laurie Watanabe

As home medical equipment (HME) policies continue to change, it can be easy to feel helpless in the policy and payer whirlwind.

But an upcoming HME Business webinar will empower providers to take charge of one of their biggest operational and financial challenges: Medicare audits.

On Tuesday, Nov. 18, Noel Neil, chief compliance officer for ACU-Serve, will present “Medicare Audits: Closing 2025 Strong and Preparing for 2026 with Proven Mitigation Strategies.”

Neil will share best practices to help providers to start the new year with new strategies to manage and mitigate audit risks. His presentation will include learning about various Medicare auditor contractors and the roles they play; understanding the potential impact that audits can have on providers and patients; and discussing the strategies providers can use to protect themselves and their businesses.

The live event will feature an interactive Q&A session for attendees.

Registration for the webinar is free, thanks to sponsorship from ACU-Serve. Registrants also receive access to the on-demand version of the webinar after the live event.
