HME Business Webinar: How Improving Communication Can Drive Resupply Growth
The free live event takes place Thurs., Feb. 13.

February 11, 2025 by Laurie Watanabe

Is effective communication powerful enough to actually grow your resupply business?

That will be the topic of conversation in HME Business’s Feb. 13 webinar, Connected for Success: How Effective Communication Drives Resupply Growth and Efficiency.

This hour-long webinar, with free registration thanks to sponsorship by ACU-Serve, will feature ACU-Serve Executive VP of Resupply Solutions Margaret Lindskog and Senior Account Executive Kyle Neese, who will discuss the value of two-way communication and its power to positively impact home medical equipment resupply businesses.

Lindskog and Neese will also talk about how providers can make the most of their software investments by evolving their resupply focus from basic patient compliance to lasting patient retention. Attendees will learn how to boost the efficiency of their current programs while streamlining workflows and ultimately achieving great patient outcomes.

The webinar, which starts at 12 noon Eastern time on Feb. 13, will include a live Q&A session. Registering provides access to both the live webinar and the on-demand archived webinar.
