Fournie Promoted to Senior Vice President of Manufacturing for The ROHO Group

Mattress and cushion manufacturer the ROHO Group has promoted Glenn Fournie to Senior Vice President of Manufacturing.

Fournie, who joined The ROHO Group almost a year ago, has significantly contributed to improvements in product and process quality, according to a statement from the company . 

In his new capacity, Fournie’s main focus will be on process innovation and staff development and product quality. In addition, he will work to enhance systems such as advanced product quality planning, Six Sigma, statistical process control, ISO and key quality fundamentals. Fournie also assumes responsibility for manufacturing, quality and supplier management.   

Fournie has more than 20 years of experience in quality systems, manufacturing and engineering from his past employment with Covidien Healthcare (formerly Sherwood Medical), McDonnell Douglas Aerospace and ROHO, Inc. itself.  He also holds 11 U.S. patents covering a range of product application.

Glenn received a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla, and a master of manufacturing engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, Mo.
