Mike Clark has joined home infusion, HME and specialty pharmacy software firm Definitive Homecare Solutions, Ltd. as its new, full time General Counsel.
Definitive Homecare Solutions co-founder Jeff Johnston said of the addition: “For the past eight years, Mike Clark has provided us with outstanding legal, as well as business advice. He has been intimately involved with every significant company event, including buying and selling two office buildings, spearheading two competitor acquisitions and leading contract negotiations with many large, new customers. We could not be happier to have Mike as a full time member of our team.”
Mr. Clark brings with him more than 15 years of experience in corporate law. He has most recently served as a partner in the firm of Clark & Heiden. Mr. Clark holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Economics from Boston University and a J.D. from Georgetown University.
