Respiratory patients needing service for their CAIRE products now have an additional group of experts to call on.
In a Feb. 20 news release, the company announced that it had added Accurate Biomed Services to its CAIRE Authorized Service Network.
CAIRE noted it has worked with its new partner for some time, saying, “Accurate Biomed is one of the nation’s largest independent service providers for respiratory and biomedical equipment, including portable and stationary oxygen concentrators, portable ventilators, in-home fill systems, CPAP and BiPAP machines, sleep apnea monitors, and enteral and infusion pumps.”
“For more than 20 years, the Accurate Biomed organization has shown itself to be dedicated to quality and providing excellence in service to CAIRE’s customers and our industry peers,” said Lanier Hogan, CAIRE’s global parts and service manager. “Because of this, they are an excellent partner and will expand our reach in providing services to our medical equipment providers and patients who depend on CAIRE devices for their oxygen therapy.”
In this new partnership, Accurate Biomed “will support CAIRE customers with in-warranty repairs, including the FreeStyle Comfort portable oxygen concentrator, CAIRE’s premier oxygen therapy portable, and the company’s complete stationary oxygen concentrator line of products,” Hogan added.
Accurate Biomed is headquartered in Ocala, Florida, and has three additional regional service centers in Bethany, Missouri; New Castile, Indiana; and Brockton, Massachusetts. The company has weekly and bi-weekly pickup/delivery routes in Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, South Carolina, Vermont and Wisconsin.
“Early on, I could see the integral part our business plays in getting repaired equipment back into the hands of our providers and the patients who depend on it to enhance their quality of life,” said Accurate Biomed Managing Partner Kyle Williams. “That’s why we strive to keep a low turnaround time for repairs, aiming for less than 14 calendar days for returning equipment.”
CAIRE’s authorized service center network also includes Quality Biomedical, Repair Authority, and Oxygen Sales & Service Inc.
