Brightree to Provide AirVersent Point of Delivery

October 16, 2009 by HME Business

Brightree has chosen AirVersent’s 20/20 Delivery software product as its preferred electronic point-of-delivery solution.

Under the agreement, AirVersent’s 20/20 Delivery software will be marketed by Brightree across its customer base of more than 1,000 HMEs.

“Providers are continually seeking ways to streamline their operations in order to accelerate claims processing with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers,” said Brightree CEO Dave Cormack. “Integrating AirVersent’s technology will allow our customers to further automate several operational areas of their business – sending orders to the field, receiving electronic signatures in real time, and managing delivery driver workload more efficiently. This should significantly reduce days sales outstanding (DSO) for our customers.”

20/20 Delivery is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution engineered for supply and logistics businesses. There is no software or infrastructure to buy and install, no custom programming to carry out and no ongoing systems management and maintenance overhead. Instead, user organizations pay a subscription fee for each mobile worker on the system.

20/20 Delivery is configurable by user organizations to fit their business needs and work practices. The look and feel of the mobile applications, the data items used and workflows can be configured to meet individual operational requirements.
