Brightree to Add Sales, Marketing Automation

October 8, 2009 by HME Business

Brightree has partnered with the sales and referral management expert, Louis Feuer MA, MSW of Dynamic Seminars.  Feuer will assist Brightree in designing marketing and salesforce productivity features for Brightree’s HME business management software.

The new offering, named BrightSALES, aims to enhance salesforce automation capabilities already available within the Brightree application. The BrightSALES functionality will be provided to existing Brightree customers at no additional charge.

Feuer is a 30-year veteran of the healthcare industry and an educator and speaker in the healthcare field. Feuer, who founded Dynamic Seminars & Consulting, is a healthcare management consultant with expertise in sales, marketing and customer service.

“Increasingly, our customers look to us to drive productivity in all areas of their operations,” said Brightree CEO Dave Cormack. Cormack says BrightSALES will address areas such as referral source management, contact management, commission calculation, and scheduling of appointments.

“It’s revolutionary that we will finally be able to unite the billing/operations and sales/marketing components of the business in a single system,” Feuer said.

In addition to BrightSALES, Brightree has recently released other features to enhance providers’ operations. Other new capabilities include BrightCFO cash forecaster, Brightree Business Scorecard, and point-of-delivery. Brightree will demonstrate some of these capabilities next week at Medtrade (Booth # 2636) at Atlanta, Ga., Oct. 13 to 15.
