HME software company Brightree will host its Brightree Summit — Tools of the Trade at the beginning of this year’s Medtrade conference and exposition.
Slated to run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Mon., Oct. 26 at Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center, the co-located Brightree Summit is an educational event intended to hear from their industry peers on methods for improving operations and efficiency and learn Brightree best practices.
By running the Summit alongside Medtrade, the event helps attendees more effectively use their time and travel budgets by attending these two industry events at one time.
“As our industry continues to face increasing regulatory and reduced reimbursement pressures, providers continually look to improve their operational efficiencies,” Brightree President and CEO Dave Cormack said. “Our vision for this event is to enrich the Medtrade experience beyond the showroom floor to enable our customers to learn how to improve operations and efficiency, and share insights and innovations with some of the brightest leaders in the DME business.”
The Summit will feature:
- Educational sessions within executive, billing and operational tracks to learn best practices and strategies for increasing ROI and maximizing productivity.
- Brightree consultants will field questions about maximizing the utility of Brightree software during special “Ask the Expert” sessions.
- Hands-on training sessions on topics including inventory and ePurchasing, pricing, basics of sales orders, and utilizing dashboards.
- An update from from Tom Ryan, president and CEO of the American Association for Homecare, on legislative efforts in Washington D.C.,
- The chance to network with Brightree’s executive team during an evening cocktail reception following Summit sessions.
- Brightree’s Party at The Tabernacle, being held on Wednesday, Oct 28, from 7 to 11 p.m.
“The Brightree Summit is a great way to maximize Day One with in-depth knowledge from an industry leader,” said Kevin Gaffney, group show director for Medtrade. “If you’re looking to boost your acumen on the operations side, the Summit is an excellent choice.”
