Featuring Two Rivers Marketing and Cardinal Health

January 22, 2024 by Laurie Watanabe

VGM Merges Marketing Agencies

VGM Group has merged its two marketing agencies — Two Rivers Marketing and Moxie.

As of Jan. 1, the combined entities will operate as Two Rivers Marketing (2RM), based in Des Moines, Iowa.

In a Jan. 17 news announcement, VGM said the move “expands the services and capabilities that each agency has been known for, and provides our clients a true powerhouse of a marketing partner.”

Moxie’s clients joined 2RM as part of the change and will “benefit from a more comprehensive range of services, including channel marketing, public relations and content strategy, brand strategy, and media buying,” the announcement said.

Cardinal Health Lauds “Progress” on Business, Portfolio Review

Cardinal Health said it’s making “progress” on the company’s “ongoing business and portfolio review, including an updated enterprise operating and segment reporting structure, and an update to its fiscal year 2024 non-GAAP [generally accepted accounting principles] diluted earnings per share outlook.”

In a Jan. 9 news announcement, Cardinal Health added, “These updates build upon the company’s momentum, focus on long-term value creation, and continued actions to become more streamlined and focused.”

Cardinal Health CEO Jason Hollar added that the company’s goal is to become “a simplified and more focused company” and said the recent actions “align with our operational focus on the core of our business, provide increased visibility to key growth areas, and enable greater efficiencies across all our businesses.”
