Pediatric wheelchair maker Convaid Inc. has appointed Christopher Braun as its President, effective immediately.
As President, Braun will be responsible for Convaid’s strategic direction and growth, as well as overseeing its day-to-day operations. Braun replaces owner and founder Merv Watkins. Merv Watkins will remain active in new product development, and Nathan Watkins will continue in operations management.
Braun’s brings 15 years of experience to the role, including a background in both domestic and international markets.
“Chris’s business savvy, collaborative leadership and straightforward communications style have garnered him the respect of his team and his peers,” Watkins said.
Braun holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from San Diego State University, and is an active member of Vistage International.
