Boone Lockard has been promoted to VGM & Associates’ vice president of home medical equipment (HME), respiratory and wellness.

Formerly VGM’s vice president of clinical services, Lockard joined the organization in 2022 following industry tenures as a respiratory therapist and in clinical work, operations, billing, management and sales in the HME segment. He began his HME career as a respiratory therapist at Lehan Drugs in DeKalb, Illinois.

In his new role, Lockard “will focus on creating a long-term plan to support VGM’s members as they face industry challenges and implement strategies for business growth,” VGM said in a Feb. 2 news announcement.

“VGM is dedicated to providing innovative solutions that help our members stay competitive,” said Lindy Tentinger, president, VGM & Associates. “Boone’s expertise gives us a significant advantage as we guide our members and show them a clear roadmap to success in an ever-evolving industry.”

“I’m grateful to work with the team at VGM & Associates that supports the HME industry as a whole,” Lockard said. “HME is essential for so many, and our work makes a difference. I look forward to continuing to help members deliver excellent care to patients in my expanded role.”
