ATLAS Technologies has named a new executive vice president of operations — and he’s an industry veteran.

In a Sept. 24 news release, ATLAS announced it has hired Bret Tracy, who has more than 24 years’ experience in the durable medical equipment and Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) industries.

Tracy has previously held senior leadership positions at Pride Mobility Products/Quantum Rehab and MK Battery. Most recently, he was VP of sales at Merits Health Products.

During his time in the home medical equipment (HME) and CRT segments, Tracy has been a board member for the Nevada Association of Medical Product Suppliers (NAMPS), the California Association of Medical Product Suppliers (CAMPS), and the Arizona Medical Equipment Suppliers Association (AZMESA). Tracy, an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP), is also currently on the board for the National Coalition for Assistive & Rehab Technology (NCART).

“We are excited to have Bret join our ATLAS Technologies team as EVP of operations,” said Bill Paul, president/CEO and owner of ATLAS. “His extensive knowledge and professional experience in HME/CRT bring exceptional skills to ATLAS clients and their patients. With our ‘Provider Support Eco System’ of products and services, Bret will continue his passion by helping providers serve patients with the latest technology, ensuring the patient gets the correct equipment in less time.”

Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, ATLAS Technology supports HME and CRT providers via a set of comprehensive tools and services to optimize business operations and enhance the patient experience. The ATLAS software family includes ATLAS Enterprise Software, ATLAS Clinical Evals Software, TeleHealth Clinical Evals, ATLAS-FIOS, and ATLAS RAMP Clinician Relationship Builder.
