OPGA Unveils 2022 O&P Woman of the Year Finalists

Adrienne Hill, CPO, Maggie Baumer, Manisha Bhasker and Nina Bondre are in the running for their career contributions in serving their patients, communities, businesses, and the O&P industry.

Orthotic and Prosthetic Group of America (OPGA), a member service organization for independently owned O&P care facilities and product and service suppliers, has announced the four finalists nominated for the 2022 O&P Woman of the Year Award.

The finalists are:

  • Adrienne Hill, CPO, Area Clinic Manager with Hanger Clinic
  • Maggie Baumer, Area Business Clinic Manager with Hanger Clinic
  • Manisha Bhasker, Senior Director of Communications & Development with the American Academy of Orthotists & Prosthetists
  • Nina Bondre, Education Specialist with Ottobock Healthcare

The winner of the 2022 O&P Woman of the Year award will be announced at the AOPA National Assembly in the OPGA booth (no. 728) on Sept. 29 at 9:45 a.m. CT.

“We’re excited to continue recognizing the women in O&P who are creating impactful and positive experiences to the patients and community they serve,” said Adam Miller, president of OPGA, which is a division of VGM & Associates. “There are so many deserving candidates out there, and we are ready to highlight the woman who exemplifies everything that is exceptional about the O&P community.”

The annual award is open to all women who work in the O&P profession. Nominators were encouraged to provide examples of how nominees made significant contributions throughout their career to serve their patients, community, business and the O&P profession. Finalists were selected by a committee of O&P professionals.
