HHS Taking Applications for Phase 4 of PRF
Providers can apply for Phase 4 General Distribution and American Rescue Plan (ARP) Rural payments. HRSA has provided various resources and is hosting technical assistance webinars.
HHS is now accepting applications for Provider Relief Fund (PRF) Phase 4 General Distribution and American Rescue Plan (ARP) Rural payments, together representing a total of $25 billion.
Of the total aid, $8.5 billion will be allocated to American Rescue Plan (ARP) resources for rural providers, and $17 billion will be available as a Phase 4 General Distribution funding which will be for a broader range of providers.
The application portal is online at cares.linkhealth.com/#/ until Oct. 26.
To help providers prepare and register, the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) has provided a web page with application resources, general information on the PRF Phase 4 General Distribution and ARP Rural Distribution, and lengthy eligibility details.
