Medtrade West Expo Starts with Special Preview Night

The Welcome to Phoenix Preview Night from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday offers a chance to socialize and check out the exhibit booths.

Medtrade West runs July 12-14 this week in Phoenix, Ariz., and new for the event is a Welcome to Phoenix Preview Night event on Tuesday, July 13 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. that combines expo hall access with a networking event.

After sessions wrap up on Tuesday, attendees will head to the exhibit hall Preview Night where they can get a drink and snacks at various bar stations tour vendor exhibits while socializing.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to pick up a Passport to Prizes “passport” during the party and get it stamped at participating booths. All completed passports will be put in a tumbler for prize drawings to finish up the night. Attendees have the chance to win one of five $100 gift cards or one $250 gift card.

The following day, July 14, will be entirely devoted to the Expo Floor from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

Unlike previous years, Medtrade West is scheduled to completely separate the Expo Hall and Conference sessions portions of the event with no time conflicts between the two.
