New For Medtrade West: Team@Work's Sales BootCamp
The sales and leadership coaching firm brings its longtime in-depth sales training workshop to Medtrade for the first time, but the value of the program continues well beyond the event.

For the first time ever, HME sales coaching and consulting firm Team@Work will present its Sales BootCamp at Medtrade West on Monday, July 12, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Phoenix Convention Center.
Ty Bello, BS, RCC, the president and CEO of Team@Work, said this marks a big first for his company and that he is anticipating the opportunity to get back to in-person instruction at an industry event.
“This is the first time the Team@Work Sales BootCamp is being offered at Medtrade Show,” he said. “I have been doing the Sales BootCamp for the past 21 years, and it has adjusted to the post-acute care sales environment as changes have taken place.
“I could not be more excited to bring the Team@Work Sales BootCamp to our Industries’ (HME and CRT) first live event,” he added. “I have stored up so much energy and information from the PHE, I can’t wait to get out there — live.”
The Sales BootCamp will provide a full-day course to help sales representatives, sales leaders, and HME owners achieve their highest possible sales performance.
Key points of instruction include:
- Developing a unique selling style
- Active listening
- Strategic account penetration
- Mapping the sales path
- Sales territory management
- The SRS mapping process
- Overcoming objections
- Setting sales metrics and cadence
But the Sales BootCamp lasts well beyond Medtrade, Bello noted.
“BootCamp truly is just the beginning,” he explained. “Every attendee will receive two 45-minute Coaching Calls with me, post-BootCamp, and also be automatically enrolled in the Team@Work Sales Mastermind Program for 12 months free. This will be a one-hour monthly webinar that will review the Sales BootCamp, inspire and motivate, provide a sales tip of the month, and answer questions from the attendee.”
