Rehab Medical Inc. has appointed Olga Chaikouskaya as its new chief financial officer.
With more than 20 years’ financial experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, public and nonprofit organizations, Chaikouskaya will oversee Rehab Medical’s financial operations.
Chaikouskaya will help lead Rehab Medical through its continued growth, which so far has resulted in 30 percent revenue increases in 2018, 2019 and 2020. Rehab Medical has been so rapid that it was named in the Indianapolis Business Journal’s “Top 25 Fastest Growing Private Companies” in each of those years.
“This opportunity to positively impact lives, both internally and externally, is something that really resonated with me,” Chaikouskaya said. “I look forward to improving the efficiency and innovation with Rehab Medical in its effort to become the national leader in custom advanced medical equipment.”
Prior to joining Rehab Medical, Chaikouskaya was CFO of Stratosphere Quality, which provides quality assurance services. Chaikouskaya was responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company in North America that led to the company being named an Inc. 5000 company five consecutive years.
Chaikouskaya holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Belarus State Economic University, a Certified Public Accountant License, a certificate of AWL executive program from Butler, and a Certificate of Management Excellence from Harvard Business School.
