Medtrade East Presentation Deadline Arrives

Prospective speakers must submit their 60- or 90-minute presentations on Friday, April 30 in order to have them consider for the upcoming October event.

Want to speak at the upcoming Medtrade East event, running Oct. 18-20 at Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center? Better hurry up. You must submit your presentation now.

The April 30 deadline has arrived for industry experts and providers with something to share to submit their presentations/

For those hoping to get in under the wire, presentations should run either one hour or one-and-a-half hours and include time for Q&A. They should be submitted under one of the following conference tracks:

  • Business Operations
  • Executive Leadership & Planning
  • Legal
  • Retail
  • Sales & Marketing

Programs can be from a solo presenter or multiple speakers. They must be educational in nature, and sales presentations will not be accepted. The presentation material should be original; otherwise, sources must be referenced. For multiple speakers, each speaker must agree to the submission. Incomplete program submissions will not be considered.

Medtrade management and members of the Educational Advisory Board (EAB) will evaluate all presentations based on the timeliness of the topic, overall content, audience level content is geared for, audience interest, creativity, prior speaking expertise, knowledge of the subject matter, prior speaker evaluation results, and speaker references.
