Industry member service organization VGM & Associates has released its final “Playbook” of 2020, “VGM Playbook: Turn Data Into Revenue.”
This edition of VGM’s playbook focuses on data, examining how providers can analyze their business data and then use that analysis to improve their businesses. Topics include:
- Increasing response rates by implementing relevant marketing using personalized direct mail and variable data.
- The importance of implementing, optimizing and maintaining a Customer Relationship Management system to improve efficiencies and drive key performance indicators.
- How visualization and related tools can help providers interpret data and make decisions for your business.
